These terms apply whenever you use this website or place an order with S Creation. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after we accept it — for Cash on Delivery orders, once placed; for QR/UPI orders, once we have verified your payment. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product goes out of stock or if the details provided appear incorrect or fraudulent.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable charges as displayed at checkout. We currently accept Cash on Delivery and QR/UPI payment (verified manually by our team before an order is confirmed) — whichever methods are active is shown at checkout.

Personalized products

For personalized items, you are responsible for the accuracy of the text, photo, or logo you upload, and for confirming you have the right to use any image or logo you provide us. Please review your personalization preview carefully before adding to cart — once printing has started, personalized orders cannot be changed.

Delivery

Delivery timelines shown on product pages are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control (courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, etc.).

Limitation of liability

We aim to fulfil every order accurately, but our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
